@Tenacius D yes of course they never provide kernel with flashable package, there it the different file to download it's called lt18i_tools.zip and it's inside patchrom over lt18i/other directory you can find boot.img from miui team
Since the kernel they provide is for Arc S what kernel should we use in this build ?
other than stock cos I kinda game and 1ghz is not enough in ICS for most. Also I under clocked to 900mhz and used it like a day, usable and battery life is little better too
About led settings they are not present in your 2.5.11.
Also like to know how come you say 2.5.11 is the first build based on 0.562 fw when the 2.5.4 posted by Maxworks is based on 0.562 fw ?

Didn't know this so we need someone to test it with miui kernel or someone to port that kernel to neo.

LED Settings present in 2.5.11

Guys Regarding LED settings, I used the search option present in the phone and searched for the words "LED" and the phone displayed me LED settings. and now i can use LED. Did anyone else try this???

-------------------------------------------------------

I cant get "sms popup" app to display different LED colours for custom notifications. Any ideas why??

Finally I made it work!!!! I'm loving it! What I did now is, wiped data, cache etc and installed MIUI system files via CWM first and then flashed the given kernel.....earlier when I was doing just opposite it used to hangs at Sony logo.... :p :D

Does the lagging problem resolved with MIUI 2.5.11. I have tried 2.5.4 but it made my Neo V quite unusable. So reverted back to 2.4.28. Should I update to 2.5.11 ???

This miui bases on Official final ICS (.587), so do not expect more than from official semc ics. Some apps are still from official semc rom (e.g. Radio) do not delete them, cause you may get FC's or loose features. Works with locked and unlocked bootloaders as well.

    Changelog:

    Kernels:
    a) preferred:
    -stock from .587
-Stock .587 (with recovery and addons like OC, swap, etc thanks to @htomasz and @shardul_seth)
    b) also allowed:
    -Super Stock Kernel v3
    -Suave Kernel v6
    -LuPuS Kernel

    Bugs:
-you have to select keyboard by yourself: settings > input > default keyboard > xperia TM

    Installation:
+it's good to have baseband 77 from .587
-flash any kernel for ics .587 through fastboot ot flashtool
-do full wipe including dalvik cache
-format /system partition (mounts & storage)
    -install miuixperia-neov-3.x.x.zip through recovery
-boot up, restart to recovery (this is important)
    -install multilang (optional)
    -install control panel (optional)
    -install patch (only mt15i users)

    My config:
    a) setcpu:
    -min: 249
    -max:1209
    -virtuous or performance
    -sio
    b) swap (zram) 64-72mb
    c) rammanager:
    -balanced
    -lock home in memory

    Tomorrow evening I will release MIUIv4 2.8.24 based on 4.1.B.0.587 ;)

    OK 2.6.29 released:
    -new patch for mt15i
-new base, still .431 but I removed many unnecessary files that is why I recommend to do full wipe

    -miui's changelog

    ================
I mentioned kernels with full support for this rom in OP.

    EDIT: ControlPanel for MIUIv4: http://roms.miuipolska.pl/zdunex25/2.6.29/se/se-xperia-neo/cp-miuiv4-2.6.29.zip
