Idiot proof

So is this process idiot proof

If so can someone please write some idiot proof instructions.

Just scared that I may brick my MDA CIII... cant really afford another at this moment in time!

i think a step by step guide would be good with some added pictures.
there has been so many reply's on this one its getting confusing now.

1. Download: Artemis Sim Unlock(it contains all we need)
2. Install WST v4.2.2 setup.exe
3. Click <Repair IMEI> and then enter the new: 355046015665718 (save your current original IMEI before change - you have to go back to it later)
4. Start ARTEMIS_Unlock.exe, when program ask for .unl file, select the xxx.unl
5. Start WST, click <Repair IMEI> and change to your original IMEI

I can confirm that it works! Few people already unlock their Artemis successfully

Remember! Changing IMEI in many country is illegal! You are doing this at your own risk.

I have a question: is it necessary to take out the sim or you can do it with it inside (in this case it has to be a valid operator sim, hasn't it?)

Decrypted stored sum: 6356265932F12F8A
Decrypted calcd sum: 7BE219FE9DE3C858

Checksums did NOT match!!
Could not determine a key index to decrypt it.

Your CID block must be corrupted or file isn't
from a valid CID dump!!
Aborting operation.

HELP ME

I tried in two diferent pc's, put original wm6 and no luck..

alright. at first i followed the guide from the thread starter and it made no sence (sorry) i could not get the phone to recognise the whole thing. i got stuck on sim unlock in WST so i searched for the error string and found the post from garymeg and his link at mediafire. that one worked straight out. i successfully unlocked a mda compact 3 (artemis) so respect garymeg

I have unlocked 1 of these OK but for some reason I am getting the same error as our friend above,has anyone got ay ideas please

It works for me but remember to remove any PIN Code and Sd Card over 2GB

I have use this once and it worked perfectly. But I have been trying for for about a week now and in 4 machines and machine reboots or blue screen.
Has anyone experience this?

Please what could be the problem?
