Ive reflashed this rom about 15 times and I have the same cyanogenmod settings force close problem, did u do anything special during your reflash?

Hey i had this problem, you need to extract the settings apk from a previous flash. I used one that was backed up from titanium backup. I forget exactly what the apk is called.

Emulators

I was wondering if anyone is having the same problem as me. All of the .emu emulators have a random screen tearing issue. Also is you enable CPU Frame Skip on epsxe, the issue shows up but it does not show up if CPU Frame skip is disabled.

I thought it was, it doesnt happen with Nesoid only the .emus so I thought maybe it was something in his code, but when I enabled CPU Frame Skip on epsxe (cause it runs so much smoother with it on) the tearing appeared there too, and I havent done any overclocking or anything so Im stumped.

    Hello again!! I call this ROM 'Triple S'

    What does it feature?

    Why flash this?
    It is a reliable ROM for those who want a close to stock feeling.

    Information:
    Based off of a CyanogenMod ROM, it features AROMA, init.d/build.prop tweaks, lots of apps and apps choices, 4+ launchers, speed, great battery life, and much more!

    Bugs:
    -SystemUI/framework theming is inconsistent.. that will be fixed in the final version of Triple S.

    How to flash this:
    1. Wipe everything except your SDcard 3x
    2. Partition your SD card to 1024, 0 swap
    3. Upgrade ext2 to ext3
    4. Upgrade ext3 to ext4
    5. Flash the ROM
    6. Wipe cache and dalvik-cache
    7. Reboot
    8. Dont touch your phone for at least 15 minutes
    Please know when you partition your SD card, you will lose EVERYTHING!! So back up your content on your PC/Mac/whatever you use!!

    Yeah, 6.81 got screwed up in the process of signing and I havent had time to do anything again. One thing is for sure, the wait will be worth it. This will NOT be the final version, not yet. I want to keep this thing going for as long as I can because you guys are awesome. Maybe I'll make another AOSP ROM one more time, just for kicks. I'll actually theme it and modify apps to MY liking, instead of just kanging it, and getting all the credit I really shouldn't. Hahaha, anyways,

    I made a promise to you guys, the promise being I wouldnt leave you all when I got a new phone, I went through that period a while back of inactivity here in the evo 4G forums, which wasn't fair for you guys.

    I won't finalize these ROMs until every last one of you move on from this phone.

    I also want to say thank you for the donations I have received in the past, they have done XDA, Dev-Host, and Goo.im some good!! And, its helped me earn a gold star on here. (For everything 13.25 you donate, you get a gold star)
