Any developer making the port of 4.2 as in ace it's in beta state and in our forums no dev has made it please developers port or rather try it

dudeman1996 (ivan) tried to port 4.2 AOSP for PA, but since Google dropped support for ARMv6 phones in ICS, he didn't get far.

About CM10.1, well, it's yet to come.
