Ptmr3 is releasing an update soon..he may have removed the link to the v4 in preparation for v5..if I was you I'd just wait a bit

Yeah dev-host is definitely down. Its not just v4, its across many threads and the dev-host home page won't load.

I was just on it again.. Second time in the past hour.. I dont doubt that it was down because I had issues earlier myself.. As of now, It is letting me on..

Seems to be available only in certain locations. That link I posted says its up after a while and you say its up, but all the links I've clicked in different threads give me a server down error. Will just have to wait

This is always a great ROM for my phone. I have been updating this ROM since ICS and it always gives me a surprise. The JB 4 has quite some good features but one of them, which I don't really like is the app bar on the left side of the phone. Is there any way to disable it? It always conflicts with my typing.

Yes long press back button to toogle left side bar

Edit: Can anyone tell me how to enable scorllable wallpaper? touchwiz is looking very boring with out scrollable wallpaper
