Where did you get that google search from?
Nova Launcher has an ICS and a JB themed search bar, as well as the ability to change icons. Nothing special. Just basic launcher settings. But it makes for, in my opinion, the best ICS+ launcher on the market.

I like to keep my default screen simple and basic with only the essentials.. 
I keep a lot of the other stuff on this screen..
