Stock JiaYu G4s ROM

Hey everyone.
I am pretty new to XDA Developers, but soon I will be buying a JiaYu G4s online and I know it is going to take ages to get to my house (as they always do..)

Whilst I wait for the phone, I wanted to play around with the ROM customizing and porting ROMs. I was wondering if there was someone that could backup there JiaYu G4s (MTK6592) ROM and upload for me.

You can backup with you self. Use MTK Droid Tools.:good:

Would it export to a .zip?
And I can't seem to find a tutorial on how to do this?

It will backup to system.img and all necessary file to be restore with SP Flash Tool. You can create Base ROM from system.img and extract it using cygwin. First, you must root and install ADB driver if you use Windows. Just press Backup, then you will have stock firmware.

I have a friend who tried to put CM on it and now it dosen't work normaly.

jiayu g4s charging problem.

Who can help me, i have got a problem with my phone. I cannot charge it when its on, but when its off i can. Please help! Really strange, could it be battery related? Also the battery status goes way of from time to time. Could the battery be faulty? Thanxs!

Are you charging in via a USB port on the computer or a wall socket?
I've noticed with soem phones (Escpecially my HTC Radiant) that they just don't charge in computer USB ports while active.
Also thinking, this could be due to some kind of setting on.. Such as USB debugging?

No, it is the original charger, but i also tried other wall chargers, but no succes. Developers settings are off so there is no usb debugging activated.
The battery % is way of....now more then two hours stuck on ,77%.
