[Q] Phone insurance after rooting

Hey guys. Hope you're all good,

I have a question from a friend with a Note 3 who isn't on XDA. He's wanting to root his device. He's not bothered about losing the Samsung warranty, but he does pay for insurance each month. He wants to know if rooting will effect his insurance should he need to claim on it.

Any ideas?

i don think so...
cause this is extra money so should have extra support

however it s better to ask from insurance company.

Yeah. I'm thinking a sly ask of the insurance company. Something along the lines of 'I want to buy insurance off you for a future phone. Just one thing...'
