It is 2000mah and from what I've read it shouldn't be an issue with the S4 processor, ICS, a lighter slimmed down version of Sense and a more efficient LCD... combine that with kernels from devs and maybe Ca1ne will make an SBC kernel for it
If it's battery pulls you are worried about... there will be a keystoke sequence that emmulates a battery pull.... vol+ vol- and power for 10 secs I think it is.
Yeah but what happens in a year when your battery starts to degrade, with the o.g. evo you just spent a few bucks and back in business, with the non replaceable battery not so much
Lol. My original stock battery for my evo has out lasted 2 3500 MaH batteries and 2 1800 MaH batteries.... plus phones these days, are only good for a year at most, before something better comes out, in which case sprint does offer a buy back program for early upgraders.

Yeah, I'm with fingers on this one. I've had my OG EVO about 18 months now and the original battery started degrading. Bought a couple 1900mah batteries for 30 bucks and getting really good battery life again. Also, I wouldn't say phones are only good for about a year. I agree that in most all cases something better comes out and we all get the urge to "upgrade", but that doesn't mean the older phone is no good. That is ESPECIALLY true with the OG. It is so good that to this point there hasn't been a phone released that made me want to give it up. The LTEVO is the first phone that has even made me think about upgrading, but even then I'm inclined to stay with my OG (for a while at least). All that being said, I'm sure that at some point I may get the urge to upgrade.
If only Money Trees Exist lol

The only main reason for me urging to upgrade is how great the Phone Screens are these days lol Such High Quality Screens.

I had a launch day evo battery was good for a little over a year then it held a charge for about three texts, so I had a little different experience. I did use the phone constantly though lots of flashing stuff in the early days, or I just got a crappy one
Got my Evo in November 2010 and, knock on wood, my battery seems to be as healthy as it was then. Had it tested in a Sprint store a month ago and it tested fine.

google earth says it is not compatible with this device how come?
stuff that i haven't added (but will for v0.1.0):
hide quick settings
features list (features app in app drawer will do nothing)
themed clock widget
quick settings with long-press capabilities (go to the quick-settings settings menu)
quick setting for classic control panel
quick setting for auto-sync
ca1ne's super kernel (still using stock)
Otherwise, everything works.
A full features list will be made before v0.1.0. Until then, just find the easter eggs for yourself. Thanks xda user AndroidON, I've added smooth scrolling and volume scroll mods as well. Makes a difference.
I can't thank enough dread7us for helping me with the ClassicControlPanel app. Some things do not work yet but will work by v0.1.0. I say two or three days testing of v0.0.9 and I will release the finale.
Thanks for your time and support
