in v845 (u820) doesn't work :S
full wipe, install, reboot 2 times and nothing
keep the good work!

Please share any changes you'll make to the code, best use a svn or git repository (someone already started something at http://code.google.com/p/froyo-vodafone845 but has not published any code there).
Besides that original code that is licensed under a copy left (like Linux under GPL) implies that code changes be published with any binary distribution, it also would immensely benefit working together on this project.
I'll follow developments and will try to help when I can, good luck.

I use the kitchen too and after every change Check The UPDATE-SCRIPT.

Accidentally I told it to convert update-script to updater-script. Fixed it.

This is great just fox the wifi boot bug and the d-pad and its fullt working!
I can make a froyo custom ROM with your thanks ofc too!
Can't work on it this weekend; I have one more exam on monday. Next semester I'll have more free time to work on this ROM. I might use awext wpa_supplicant driver instead of the wpa_supplicant driver for an upcoming version.
Just Tested again.(U8120)
With A2SD:
- After flashing, wiped Data+Cache.
- Doesn´t Boot, stuck on boot (hour-glass)
Without A2SD:
- When Flashing, error "Verification Failed" "system/lib/libomx_amrenc_sharedlibrary.so"
- Downloaded again...
- Flashed ok...
- Wifi works, but phone seems slow.
- Market is a bit strange. When selecting one app it show that it´s downloading (but it's not). I have to cancel the ghost download and download it again.
- FORMATED all... again...
- Flashed again (on ext3)
- wifi is ok, but when switched off it restarts the phone.
- speed it's good now.
- Calibration is normal, problems on edges.

It's nice that @dsixda's Kitchen helps out so well.
What I would like is that we share our changes and improvements to the code by means of a repository, so that others can build on top of that and, again, share their improvements.

i´ve installed 1.2 with app2sd and it doesn´t work on vodafone 845(u8120). it stops booting at the sandglas.
I now know that A2SD was the problem. I think that it wasn't placed properly in the ROM. I'll see what I can do to make A2SD work. Thank you for testing and I hope you enjoy the ROM.
i´ll be very glad if u can fix the issue with app2sd, cause this is a very important fact for me in custom roms.
i´ve tested the without app2sd and it worked after put out the battery and restart the mobile normaly.
2.2 is not as smooth as 2.1, but i hope this will be fixed soon

On u8110 bed horisontal (don't tuch in left part of display) calibration, but it's the best calibration of all roms for u81** on android 2.2. Thanks for your work. (tested no app2sd 1.2 version)
