so i shouldn't install mods if i am using a theme?? im using cobalt theme currently and i installed the lockscreen mod of bajee11... maybe thats why i had the phone issue...
yes man thanks for your help... why should i try the kernel u said?? Im on v3.2.6+ (as said in "about phone" settings), what does the version u say have that this one doesnt?? (btw, talking about siyah kernel)
I'm talk (mostly) about the Background Mod's, but doesn't cause issues, just be removed when you install the theme, after install it you can try flash the mod again and check if doesn't affect the theme, but it's very rare that cause another issues.
Btw, what it's the issue with your phone?
Better betterylife, reworked wifi etc etc.. you read it up for yourself on that page, and no lag on lockscreen!
The issue I had is that whenever I tried to make a phone call I got a message "Phone calls not admitted", I coulnd't also receive calls... It happened yesterday but I dont know why... weird xd
Lo que me paso fue que cuando trataba de hacer una llamada o de recibir una me salia un mensaje que las llamadas no estaban admitidas, me paso ayer y no se porque...
ok, I think im gonna try it (tomorrow maybe)... I just follow the proccedure you said? (unroot with extweaks, install siyah, etc etc?)
So i rebooted my phone and on recieving a call, my phone didnt ring. The volumes were all high. No silent or vibration. Sound was on i am sure. Anyone had this issue? I read few pages back yesterday about ringtone issue... Any ideaS?
Is there a patch to reverse mount points? I updated and my playlists are all messed up because it's looking for music in the SD rather than emmc.

Do you have a ringtone set in >settings>sound ? If so try to change volume once and see if it rings (if you have a second phone) or does it say unknown ringtone? then add a new ringtone. here are all the original ICS ringtones http://www.mediafire.com/?f5fwb6i3kfnohpo, if it have to be a custom one. (Ididn't wipe and still my favorite from ICS is staying as default.) /System/media/audio/ringtones/ rw r r

1) If you like either of system fonts from Windows (C:\WINDOWS\Fonts) so just drag the selected font to the specific folder, e.g. desktop.
or
2) Download your favorite fonts from the website(http://www.fonts2u.com/)
2-1) just copy the two types of font (especially font in bold is a must (e.g. Verdana.ttf and Verdana-Bold.ttf) to the device with path system/fonts using root explorer.
2-2) Change Mount R/W as Mount R/O (as you know).
2-3) Backup the Roboto-Regular.ttf and Roboto-Bold.ttf (because I believe default font in AOKP is Roboto which is a custom font in ICS version) to other folders, then go back to system/fonts to delete it directly.
2-4) Long click on the selected fonts (verdana.ttf) that you copy from, rename it as Roboto-Regular.ttf and set its permissions as 3R1W.
2-5) Then, just reboot the phone.
