Id suggest resetting them up instead of google resroring settings from another rom,I use wifi everyday on this build with no issues@reconnecting
Incorrect sir but thank you for that analysis...where you are correct@changing cid for the black box to show,it doesnt load nor does it show in app drawer,nor does lsis work in a non att build. If you just change cid messaging force closes and a bunch of other weirdness...but thanks for the insight.... 
I never let Google restore anything and I tend to switch roms often. Always a full wipe system and data.

Been using it a week week n half before it went here,dont rhink its an issue with rom,but will check. And you argued woth me profusely about this being an at&t build ...funny
So it's not possible to release it as a flashable zip? I only ask because it seems they were able to do this for the Verizon version.
Personally I ONLY released this for those who wanted a bloat free,carrieriq free,vvm and isis working rom...outside of that I would not have even released to general public...so to bluntly answer you..no i will not be releasing just a flashable zip..kinda defeats purpose of even doing a rom now doesnt it
Thank you to those who tried this rom, removed it as I dont have the time or patience for this...Enjoy what I provided, it is not sharable via elsewhere on XDA...Ill stop doing/helping those on this site..Been real....Been fun...But aint been real fun

611If you can get into recovery then you can sideload the rom. Ive done this with included recovery 2.6.3.3,I never posted the radio,just a twrp backup,but you have to get a rom on the phone to copy the backup into the twrp,backups folder.1Copy the rom to where your adb and fastboot are located connect phone via twrp run this command
adb push nameofrom.zip /sdcard/. exactly as shown here change nameofrom.zip to the name of the rom your trying to flash...this will put a rom on your internal storage and it then can be flashed via twrp1
