Default Answering phone calls
OK for some reason (this just started happening), when I get a phone call, I hear a ladies voice that says you have a call from such and such....press 1 to answer and blah blah blah.

Does anyone know what this is and why its happening to my phone on every call i get?
Currently Running - CM 10.1 M2 or SuperJelly M3
Theme - 4.2.1 JB or Sense 4.5
Kernel - Evilz BEASTMODE Sense Kernel O/C 1.8ghz v6.3
Retired - Evo 3D
Retired - Evo 4G
Retired - Htc Hero
Retired - Blackberry 8830
Retired - Blackberry bold

That's Google Voice. Login to your gmail, go to the Voice tab, and disable it.
