This was taken night after installing the ICS 4.0.3 leak. Well worth it, though battery life went down. Used to take a 4 days standby, and a good day of solid use. Now its 20-22 hours idle. I assume this will be fixed with the official update.

+2 hands down Samsung makes trash. And cheese wiz or whatever they put on it is trash also. Worst build quality of all the manufacturers. HTC=best build. If It's to heavy then maybe you should have someone carry it for you. I love it all these phones no matter how big are what a few ounces and people say there to heavy how weak are people?

Not trying to bust any balls here, I'm just curious. When I hear about build quality of the amaze I start thinking about the little defects that every single htc amaze has like the screen bleed and camera flash bleed. Is the build quality you are referring to the overall feel of the phone?

Amazae worth every penny and still is.

I have my One S arriving within the next few days, and that will end up with the wife, as I'm gonna hold on to my ICS Amaze.

The Amaze is still solid, BUT is also heavy (and even heavier with a case obviously). So have her try it. The One S is SUPER lightweight, and she probably doesn't need more than 16 gb (sorry for sexist generalization, but it's 90% accurate) of storage. It's a lot more sleek and thin... WAY more attractive for women imo. Shed love it.

If you're on a budget though, she would prolly prefer the sgs2 or galaxy nexus because of the weight difference

Sent from my iced out HTC Ruby

if sexist its towards guys since they have to have all their porn on their sd-card. thats why its a "deal killer" for most people ;) hahaha

but yeah, for a girl i would say the one s anyday. its more sleek, thin, much more fluid/easy to use OS (sense 4.0), etc.
