Weather widget? Perhaps you could check your now usable samsung apps?

EDIT: Anyone know if it's possible to get modem mode working in CM9? I need to be able to access QPST and my phone, while I can access the menu, doesn't actually switch to modem mode. I need a serial connection for QPST and I'd rather not flash an old rom to do so.

Not possible. Any dialer code features requires a TW rom, sorry.
