you must have done something wrong cause it worked on mine. same phone.
It's an app with 1 button... how could I have possibly done something wrong? Are you Android 4.4.2 with build build version 20f?
You probably had build version 20b, then rooted, then upgraded to 20f. Which works just fine. So to anyone reading this, you cannot use towelroot if you have version D95020f. You have to downgrade to an earlier version, then root, then upgrade.
actually on version 20b i used ioroot. then upgraded. then used towelroot on upgrade.
All I'm saying is towelroot wouldn't work on 20f without being rooted beforehand. Being rooted at 20b probably allowed towelroot to work on 20f.
Can somebody please show me the link on how to downgrade a rogers g flex??? I thought I knew something, but I don't understand how to flash without root
What about StumpRoot. Will that work on the Flex without downgrading?

ioroot was originally a Windows script to root the LG G2 on 4.2.2 made by IOMonster.
It was based on the original adb backdoor found by GiantPune and later posted by jcase.
The script has grown to run on Windows, Linux and OSX and support various other LG devices on Android 4.0 - 4.4.2...
Supported devices include LG Optimus G, G2, G3, G Pro, G Pro 2, G Flex, G Pad, L70, L80, L90, G2 mini and more.
