[Q] Help with unlocking rogers phone

When I type in *#7465625#, all the locks are off. But when I insert a bell sim card, it says it's locked and i can't use it. Help?

You need to buy an unlock code,

That code you have right now is just a status code to show what is unlocked or locked.

1 - Buy unlock code
2- Insert Bell card
3- Enter Bought unlock code
4- Enjoy!

It says my phone is unlocked though, but it doesn't work with my bell sim card. Why is that?
