Ive spent all night trying to figure out a way to view google play movies & tv offline on a pc. I seen many people trying to find a solution to this so i figured id let people know! Its actually pretty simple, all you need to do is download "Youwave" to your computer, install google play and google play movies & tv and then sign into your account. From there, you are able to download the movie to the emulator and view off line. The attachment below is the download for the google play apk.
