Thanks to all the previous kernel chat, the patch will address the CPU2 sleep debate (validated and experimented on the wifes phone comparing to mine ) and also contains a modified framework.jar that fixes the Google "mediascanner" bug (discovery of the fix by CM Team and fully implemented by Google in 4.2). Thanks to Naddict and his wife's phone too, for testing the last 24 hours!

OK...!! Depending on the amount of media on your phone already, the scanner may still run for a few minutes after 1st reboot. This will also rename the following which are set by ROM default, but will now allow CPU2 to sleep properly.
These renames were a battery saver in 4.1.1, but thanks to all we've proven that's not the case with 4.1.2..
- mpdecision.bak -> mpdecision
- smdexe.bak -> smdexe
The script will wipe dalvik, so just flash and enjoy MOAR battery life!

Hey romp,
What about those of us on Ktoonz? I believe his kernel handles mpdecision as well.
