[Q] lg g2 stuck at firmware update

my lg g2 got stuck at firmware update .. soft reset is not working .. any solution will be greatly welcomed .. thanks !!

Is it rooted with a custom recovery installed?

yes its rooted with custom recovery installed..

Go into twrp. Go to advanced and then terminal. Click the arrow in bottom right. Enter this:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/misc
Hit Hit enter and then enter this
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota
Then hit enter and reboot

unable to open twrp .. phone is stuck in firmware update mode ..
