am i the only one who is trying to flash it but no app shows in menu???

how can I install this? I flash the zip file and nothing show up.
please help. I'm using stock UVLE1 4.0.3 ROM

Hello, I just upgraded my GS2 to JB (4.1.2 LS8 from Spain) and wanted to put svoice on it, but I see it needs 100MB free on system.

I removed some unused system app, but still I'm with onlyt 31mb free.

Any suggestion on how to obtain more?

I saw 40mb are used by AllShare, I could convert it to user app, but still won't suffice.
