best rom for SGN

man, words cant describe how much i love this rom..

i installed apex launcher.. it flies!! everything's super fast compared to gingerbread. and now, the audio output through headphone is really loud and it is perfect!! i dont no audiobooster sgs2 app to make it loud.. <3

Dear xaoc747,

I wil post solution for smemo+smemolite+screencapture in 15 minutes... I can tap and hold to capture, double tap to smemo lite and then use smemo to view or edit...No more FCs here... I am on the way to home and it is hard to attach files now so pls dont upload full_repack yet... Solution is working flawlessly on middle rom...

Smemo + Smemo Lite + ScreenCapture Solution - No More FCs

Dear xaoc747,

Sorry if i make u all waited...

Here is my lamer solution

1- Delete old files from system/app/

screencapture.apk , smemo.apk , smemolite.apk

2- boot to recovery.

3- wipe dalvik and cache

4- reboot to ICS

5- Extract files from linked archive ( Smemo_LP5.zip )

screencapture.apk ( from LP1 ICS Rom )
smemo.apk ( from LA4 GB Rom )
smemolite.apk ( from LA4 GB Rom )

6- copy files to system/app/

7- give right permissions ( rw-r--r-- )

Owner - read/write
Group - Read
Others - Read

8- reboot phone...

9- Now u can be able to use spen for capture and memo also with smemo app without FCs !!! Cheerssss !!!!

For me this don't work. I'm on Full edition and still got FC with those files.

No,these files also give fcs for me... I am on middle version... The solution i have just posted is working for me flawlessly...

Some energy consumption data for this ROM. I've disconnected charger yesterday about 23:45 and left the phone idle with Wi-Fi turned on. Today I've used device actively with 3G internet (reading news, forums etc.) on the road to/from my job (3 hours in total), made several calls (it is not my primary phone for this moment). While I've been on my job device was idle most of the time connected to Wi-Fi network with rather bad signal. Just done some mail checking and software updating.
Here are some graphs from Batterey Monitor Widget. We may see that device still have rather big period of reaching deep sleep state (0.5% per hour has been reached after ~1.5 hours after turning idle). The whole picture, however, is not too bad in my opinion.

Propably a full wipe and install is enought as you are on ics already, but the safest way is to install ics repack (download from op) via mobile/pc odin and then, after full wipe, Alba ics rom.

1. mms.apk mod where in 100 contact limit and more than 160x3 chars from sms to prevent automatic conversion to mms.

I dont know if anyone can find YouTube app in google play cause i cant.
