Aaaah this very bad news..
Downloading now. Will take 40 mins or so.
Will flash then then share the screenies.
Anyone else is able to provide before that then please do that.

This is really unacceptable. After 7% it stopped.. Just like that...

Not sure what happened, the file still is in my account (I also checked the link) but I can't download too. Maybe is a temporary problem with MEGA, keep retrying...

OP updated again, MEGA download working again and added Microsoft OneDrive mirror. That's the last one, if you guys want more mirrors, download the file from one of the current mirrors and upload anywhere else...

    Stock 4.3 kernel for Xperia M Dual with integrated CMW Recovery 6.0.4.7 (15.5.A.0.18)
    – Download (10 Mb)

    Recovery taken from CM11, have reduced screen brightness and can be controlled by swipes.

    So to get root
    – backup TA-partition (you must be on 4.1.2 with root for it)
    – unlock bootloader
    – flash via fastboot / flashtool this kernel
    – flash via recovery SuperSU.zip
