    Cool, thanks for your answers everyone :) I'm really in awe at the smarts of the developers on here. I think it would be awesome to have an XDA convention where we could all hang out and talk about phones! ... Unless something like that exists already and I'm just way slow!

    Some of you guys should hit up the Android BBQ. It's actually a big, sponsored event, but mostly the bad-ass developers we all follow on twitter.

    Wish there was one in nc, or you guys were coming to the Eat Coast Game Conference (Raleigh, my wife is the pr person for it).

    1) A donation just lets the recipient know that his or her work is appreciated, so in reality the amount is less important than the actual recognition and appreciation given.

    You hit the nail right on the head. Even just popping in and saying good work or whatever, means a lot after a hard day of banging away at this stuff. You're appreciation in any form, is greatly appreciated.
