[Q] HTC One - design flaw
Hello everyone and thanks for readind my post.
I have been using a black HTC One 32 Gb for 3 months now.
One of the first design error that I discovered was that the paint around the on/off and volume buttons seemed scraped, from the interior to the exterior of the phone. I was very upsed by this, but I didn't send the pdone back.
A few days ago, I read a post writted by a HTC One owner, saying that the front of the phone (the display one) isn't even and that if you placed it on a table for instance, the phone wouldn't perfectly stick to it, instead it would touch the table with only 3 of it 4 corners. Please excuse my English, but I really hope I will make myself understood. So that phone had somehow a curved front panel. The post attracted my attention because that user blamed this design flaw for the break of the camera glass, which, as he said, wasn't covered by warranty. Immediately I mine, too and disvoered that os was also curved, ar maybe those 2 pieces of plastic from the top and battom of the display are wrongly soldered.
I sent my phone in service and than talked to one of the HTC Costumer support agent who told me that if they discover this as a factory error, will fix it (or replace the phone).
I am pretty concerned right now about what will the service people of the shop I bought the phone are going to say.
For the record I must say that I checked phone's IMEI with a HTC agent and he assured me it benefited of HTC International Waranty.
Also, the phone has never been hit or dropped.
I need your opinion about this my friends, so please, please reply.
Have a nice day!
