I have problem with my KDZ Updater. I cannot flash any firmware on my phone. It will always gives me that error :

14:29:48 : Launching SW update
14:29:48 : Unpacking KDZ
14:30:02 : kdz decrypt error.
14:30:02 : Extract file error
14:30:04 : ===FINISHED===
I have tried different KDZ files but result is the same. Can somebody tell me how to fix it?

like phone model, os, official update. If not official, what did you do? At least you need to be in offline mode and of using windows 8 you should disable driver signature
