blinkfeed

Hi all
i removed blinkfeed from my homescreen but its still draining my battery, cheking my battery usage and its says blinkfeed 7%, is there way to absolutely remove blinkfeed from my phone? using viper one rom

ViperOne is Sense based and thus has BlinkFeed, what in fact I like about this ROM. So I guess there is no full removal, but you could ask in the ViperOne thread of course.

Install a different launcher and freeze HTC blinkfeed with titanium backup. Works for me, using Nova.

Afaik blibkfeed stays always a bit active because it's embedded into the prism.apk (HTC sense launcher) which is needed to run the stock sense experience. Completely removal means no sense so it will be more a aosp/aokp experience......

Correct me if i am wrong !

That's absolutely correct. BlinkFeed is at least partly embedded in the prism.apk and thus will always stay a bit active.

not good, i love viperOne and i dont want to change anything so i think that 7% of battery use ia no big deal then
