fera ics v4
is it coz of holo launcher or the rom itself but the desktop transaction is laging!!! or m i the only one experiencing this? and play store doesn't start downloading until i force close it and start again! how can i fix this?
edit: fixed the playstore issue! but found 1 more problem: whenever i reboot the contents of status bar vanishes! only of the statusbar not the dropdown notification! and again appears when a notification comes!

Lose root
After install JB 1.7n kernel i broke my root. Superuser is there but doesnt work. Im on Stritch 5.1 and after some search and attemps i install this zip in CWM and now works, unfortunally i cant give proper credits because i cant remenber where i get this (so much attemps) bus its in one forum in xda after that i update via market to version 0.99 without problems.
After some research i found that this removes supersuser app from chainsDD and install SuperSU from Chainfire, a lot of people says that work much better in Jelly Bean roms more info there http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1538053.

Well it was broken since scritch007 v2 i scored 4300 and someone beat me and also bares scored 4500

This I know but for some reason mine never got over that threshold. Probably from the class 2 sd that I use. Hopefully once the FeraBean is finished I can hit those high scores also and hang with the big boys. Great job Fera for breaking the limits on my X10.

Below is test result for your JB Kernel V1.7 :
Setup :
Rom : CM10's Scritch (Thanks Scritch and CMX10 team).
Additional tweaks : Ram setting, SD Card, etc, etc, through init.d since no superuser access for now.
Also i was flash this kernel on top of V1.4 due to no CWM on this testing version
.
Result :
Working Good : GPS, Phone (sound quality), earphone sound quality is very good (its so badasss, thanks), wifi, bluetooth, etc,etc.
Bugs : CM10's bugs.
Antutu : 4675 at 1190 MHz, please take note on SD Read perf !., see picture.
FPS2D : 50 (max), it's good, need your help on ST-Dev (a bit too high now).
Battery Perf : Very Good, similar with the previous versions, also deepsleep working good (1 % for ~ 6 hrs on standby mode).
Ok, just is't for now.

Hi, I install this rom few days ago and it´s simply briliant (batery life, gaming, speed atc.) but I´ve got problem with getting location (wifi or gsm). If i open google maps and tap on my position it says that position isn´t available (beatifull widget has the same problem). GPS works great and everything other too. Is this known bug or is it only me? what should i do? Install some fix? THX much.

.Ok, i'm still using the old version V.17 (check above picture : About Phone).
But the latest V1.7 NV should be better, though.
V1.7V should be smoother, but a bit slower on 2d (scrolling, etc).
So, choose one, make some test and give your feedback to OP (Feravolt), just is't.
Anyways, about my post above.... well i'm just trying to having fun with this kernel, test it and share.
Oooops, now it become worse ,....
, just cross 4700 using latest Antutu (CPU Freq : 1190), lol Hmm..... by the ways my SD Card class 2, perhaps that's why SD Card's Read performance little bit lower, i'm sure

Installation:
If you have locked bootoader - ignore first step, you already have latest kernel built-in ROM package. You may probably want to install LB kernel if you don't have CWM6 recovery.
ROM will wipe your data, be warned.
-> Get FeraKenel v25 and install it.
-> Boot-up to CWM6 Recovery & just straightly install ROM following AROMA installation wizard.
-> After installation, boot your phone, pass setup wizard and wait 2 minutes. Reboot again.
-> On second boot wait not less than 2 minutes again & reboot.
-> Done. Do a reboot after you configured your phone. Hit 'Thanks' button and rate this thread if you like my work or consider donating me to let me to have a good dinner. :good:
