Well I just got off the phone for a third time with AT&T. They acknowledged that even though I started a new billing cycle, and all the codes have been removed their network is still throttling my Note 3.
Apparently it is not an isolated incident and it had to be escalated with the others to upper management for them to fix/undo?
Any suggestion/experiences?
