I've been trapped in refurb hell since early November. The original phone that I bought new at the corp store had the power button fail. 1st refurb the USB port failed after a week. 2nd unit was broken out of the box, wouldn't even boot. 3rd unit had wires sticking up where the snaps for the cover meet the phone, so the battery cover wouldn't snap on all the way. This left the battery loose to it kept restarting.
I tried to get them to send me a new device, or a different model. Nope, no dice, sent another POS. This thing lags horribly, and gets really hot under normal use.
Ive noticed with Samsung, once you hit the refurb train its a crap shoot.
I have an upgrade due in February, and they wouldn't even budge on that.
Not what I'm used to from AT&T that's for sure. Especially considering we spend almost $500/month on their service!
