Need Help With My SPV M3100

Hi everybody,
I need help to unbrick my PDA.
If I power on, It shows only the tri-color page of the bootloader but without light and without any text indicating the version of IPL, RADIO, ecc.
If I connect io to the USB charger, the red led flashes, but if I take away the battery while still connected to charger, the red light stays on...
The phone had the No-GSM problem, and was flashed probably with the wrong ROM.
I've tried all the methods shown in the Thread to unbrick Hermes, but noting worked.
I've not read this tipe of brick anywhere.
Can someone please help me?

Reset SPV M3100

Switch off the SPV M3100, then on the bottom of the phone you have the answer call and end call buttons in clusters of 3 buttons on each side. The Top button on the left is a dash like symbol -- above the windows button, and you have the same dash like symbol button -- on the right above the ok button. You need to hold down both the dash-like symbol buttons and the middle silver button at the same time, then restart the phone. The phone will ask you if you want to reset the entire phone memory and settings back to factory settings and confirm this by using the Query keyboard letter "R". Click R and it will wipe it and set it back to its original settings. Hope this helps. Thanks Pete from www(dot)86plex(dot)com
