Do you have an SGH-T959V or SGH-T959W? Those are the only two phones that you were supposed to use that one click with.
I have a SGH-T959V. I ran kd1 one click 3 times and checked flash bootloaders the second times. After the third time i held volume up and volume down and power and i went into Android recovery, cleared cache, factory reset and then phone rebooted and took me to setup froyo so i got it to work. To be specific, lumin's guide will tell you how to flash a one click. You should be flashing the one click I linked you to (kd1-stock-sgh-t959v-one-click.jar) while following the instructions in that guide.
