【HELP pls】F02E deleted some sysapps, I need these files thx

I am tring to get my phonecall function back, but nothing happened after reset, I modified apn-conf.xml too, still can't find any signal....:crying:

try to factory reset on your phone. maybe it will help
but if it's can't, try to find your stock/custom rom, and flash it

This phone have no any stock/custom rom...:crying:
I tried, but get nothing... even on JP sides..
