All my other devices I could connect and check by writing adb devices in the command line but my one plus will not be recognized. Can someone lend a hand with an idea?

Cant get my device to get recognized via adb

Mine is only recognized while in recovery, haven't been able to get the RSA security to popup with phone on.

Does it show up in device manager? I had to install the full android sdk and manually install the adb driver.
