this, those two zips on the root of Steve's folder are s voice and twrp, neither of which work right when packaged with the rom. they both work great if you download and flash separately.

Can I just flash them in recovery?

speedingcheetah, please do not take offense but he would have been better off if you hadnt posted since you are mainly just speculating and don't have real experience on this.
in the future, keep a cm7 build and teamhacksung build 2 on your SD card at all times. if you ever accidentally get a boot loop, just flash cm7 (without injecting twrp) and let it boot, then flash ths build 2 and let it boot, then flash back to whatever aokp build you want. it works every time. you should not have to data wipe;if you get force closes and data wipes after this then do a data wipe and it will work fine.
yes all .zips are flashed in recovery....wipe both caches to be safe. Can I just flash them in recovery?

OK, so after starting over fresh then restoring with TiBu, I'm getting a persistent android.process.media error and my home and search keys are non-responsive. They light up when touched, but do nothing.
I'm going to wipe data in recovery and try it again, but what from TiBu should NOT be restored to avoid this from happening?
Don't forget to clear the caches in CWM. I usually just restore the apps and NOT the app data. Plus, you aren't restoring system apps are you? You just wanna backup/restore the user apps (the ones you download from the Play store).
Thanks to the devs responsible for this latest build. I finally got the nerve to try some OC'ing and this ROM flies while being super stable.
ahmmmm.. nyone plz ?

edit : also feel the ringing volume has gone down a few notches as well ,
would appreciate some help , LOL wife missed three of my calls today was about have a BIG fight, ................
As cheetah already said, I tried flashing CM7 and it would not boot. After I accidentally 3-fingered ICS in the past, I now keep a recovery folder, but regardless of the steps I took (maybe out of order?) it would always bring me back to recovery.
In any case, thanks everyone for the input. I have no idea what happened, but I did end up Odin-ing back to EH03, then built back to 37. I do have TiBu set to backup twice a week, so I'm using that. It becomes a problem because it always gets stuck on Angry Birds, like, for hours! So I just quit and exclude that from the restoration.
It was working but now I'm getting network errors.this, those two zips on the root of Steve's folder are s voice and twrp, neither of which work right when packaged with the rom. they both work great if you download and flash separately.

here is what i normally do when upgrading to a new build.OK, so after starting over fresh then restoring with TiBu, I'm getting a persistent android.process.media error and my home and search keys are non-responsive. They light up when touched, but do nothing.

here is what i normally do when upgrading to a new build.
boot into recovery via power menu
perform a nandroid back up
wipe data
install latest aokp37.zip
install gapps
boot once
reboot via power menu into recovery
advance restore data only from the nandroid backup you just made.
for some reason restoring any app/system data from tibu always gives me problems. the method i use above always works flawless. also on getting out of a ics boot loop; if you would read section 9 of my guide, it states to flash cm7 twice. it will normally bootloop recovery on the first atempt because your not in the correct version of cwm recovery.
