I want to try these roms but worried about the issues people have mentioned with the fact that it's an alpha kernel. Is it worth waiting for the updated ruu that more than likely will be out soon?
Any way to get the sense 2.1 battery widget somewhere? I tried snagging the one from sense 2.0 but it won't install. Also, is anyone else having any typing delay? Whenever i try and type quickly the screen isn't registering all my keystrokes.
You guys ROCK!!!!!! Im running 1.6.2 remix right now and want to flash this only thing holding me back is the camera issues(which i know will come in due time thanks to the hard working devs). I can't believe the problems people are describing. I have literally flashed this 20 times today working on Sense. 0 issues.
Wipe data, flash, boot. End of story. If you choose to load another kernel, don't complain here.
If you choose to delete files, also, don't complain.

Ditto...I have followed the direction on th OP for all the BAMF ROMs i have not had any issues other than a GPS issue back on 1.5...
I have notice Pandora takes forever to load sense comming to beta and still in alpha.
If you guys are having problems.. when in doubt just re-flash the ROM again. I had a few problems on my first flash of this. I had no keyboard LOL, TONS of FC's. Then... I wiped all data/cache, wiped davlik cache, etc then re-flashed now ROM works good for me. No FC's to report yet. Camera works after flashing Imoseyon's Kernal.

Root Explorer works fine for me. Some older versions of RE don't work well with Gingerbread ROMs. I think anything lower than 2.14.1 freak out on GB Roms.
Sense 3.0 Phone Mod?
How can I get the Sense 3.0 phone like how it appears in the screenshot in OP? It has it listed under the change log but when someone calls me or I call someone, it appears the same as it always has. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

It works fine... I have uses it multiple times debloating, fix the SD Mount, etc. Open Superuser and make sure there is a green light on next to Root Explorer. My guess... You missed the boat on granting permissions.

You know, one thing I've noticed as a common thread from people hanging problems is titanium. Don't get me wrong, great app, but when it comes to restoring apps between completely different roms, it has always caused me problems. Just my .04.

I just take the .Apk's and put them on my SD-Card, and reinstall using Root explorer.
I haven't had any of these problems people are mentioning. It's working great here. No force closes, root explorer is fine, widgets reload on reboot. The LTE speed thing has been mentioned on every GB ROM out, read any thread on XDA. My only problem is after installing beta 2 Rosie is my only option, can't use ADW anymore. There are no defaults to clear in Rosie either. I installed beta 2 without wiping data, only wiped cache and dalvik, so I'm trying again after wiping everything. I'll report back what happens.

- 2.01.605.0 alpha base
- Debloated, which includes vzw framework, apps, games, libs, and permissions.
- Tweaked filesystem.
- Zipaligned (just once, not every boot, sorry), and deodexed. Odex and deodex perform the same after the first boot, when deodex roms get....odexed. This is merely to save space in /system and make tweaking easier.
- Added Google Car Home, removed HTC car app.
- Removed Stocks widget, and app. Google has better apps for this anyway.

Final notes:
-This is based off an alpha HTC leak. There will be bugs, and there will be kernel panics causing random reboots. There is no way around this, but they seem to be focused around the inital install and setup of rom.
-Unexpected closing of browser is usually due to missing Flash.
-Camera does not work with stock kernel, which imo, is faster than imoseyon's or my kernel. Until we get source, I suspect this will always be the case.
-USB mass storage mounting does work.
-If you have trouble with MMS, go to settings, MMS connection settings and change name to Verizon.
-If USB Mass storage and adb do not work with imoseyon's kernel, please enable internet passthrough mode and let the drivers install. Then turn it off and all should be right in the world.

Like the other previews, there is no support. These are neither alpha, nor beta. They may be daily drivers, or they may be the last nail in your coffin. We aren't half assing this port, so its taking much, much longer than other Sense 3 ports. Please do not mirror!!!
