I don't know what you see from your IP but at narod.ru you need only enter visible digits into text field below it and press green button. after that you get a direct link as
just click it (not here!). note I recommend uncheck a checkbox under link (it offers to install plugin for yandex searching system, not need for you).
ps. It is much more difficult to download files from the Chinese fileshares!

Yes, I just had to uncheck the checkbox and all was ok. Obviously I was not for installing any plugin and hence thought I was clicking on a wrong 'spam' link.
PS: Not tried a chinese fileshare yet, and I'll take your advice and hopefully will not need to try one in the near future
