Solution:
1.: Flash 062 generic in flashtool (!!!Not power on a phone!!!),
2.: Flash in fastboot mode a Rage Kernel 2.7,
3.: Installed hybrom V16 in CWR mode,
4.: Flash 062 generic in flashtool (!!!Not power on a phone!!!),
5.: Flash 062 generic in flashtool (!!!Not power on a phone!!!),
6.: Flash 062 generic in flashtool (!!!Not power on a phone!!!),
- (Yes ... many times) -
7.: Again flash in fastboot mode a Rage Kernel 2.7,

i installed wrong rom, in a xperia mini pro, i installed the rom of pro.

-STEP 1: Install lastest firmware .62 for st15i. - use Flashtool
-STEP 2: Then via CM from zip install hybrom_v10. for minipro (sk17i)
-STEP 3: Then again flash lastest firmware .62 for st15i
And in future be carefull, and stay away from minipro ROMs

First flash fw 62,,but dont turn on your phone after flash,,then flash custom kernel, i use rage kernel,,,b4 on your phone you should copy hybrom v10 mini pro on sd card,,then flash Hybrom v10 mini pro in cwm,,,after that restart you phone,,,you will notice your phone can touch but it not work properly like b4,,,and your phone has problem with screen orientation,,,off your phone,,and flash back to fw 62,,,if it work,,please thank to original perso who post it b4,,,sory for my english

Bootloader IS unlocked. When starting I get Sony Ericsson Start up, and then home screen. Volume works, On/off works. but no touchscreen at all. I can flash a rom using Flashtool, but when try and flash a kernal Flashtool does not let me use flashboot mode. It tell me that Device not connected. This happened before messing up my touchscreen, and I solved it by putting phone in different connection mode.
All this came about because I flashed '[GB rom] X-royal v14 only for lww' and rage kernal, and prob was not for my spec phone.

Thank you so much!!!! I can confirm this really works....i tried everything, flashing so many times as others said, but this really works, i i even cant flash custom kernel because of hardware issue..(i suppose..?), but i used in flashtool Select kernel to HotBoot option to use custom kernel to enter CWM recovery and it did the trick...so thank you again and thanks to lunatic2nuts
could u plz write it in detail what did u actually do ... i cant get it to work.. or anybody how got it to work? i know cwm and flashing kernel in flashtool and all.. but after doing i m not able to fix the touchscreen

wipedflashed MINI version of Ultimate HD Rom using cwm
it wont boot then when u try to enter cwm (pressing power+low volume) it goes inside but,
it keeps on skipping on
-reboot system
-Apply Update from sdcard
Continously, Switch it off and using flashtool,
Last time flash the 0.62 firmware!

Interesting...If I boot that one up on my st15i, I get almost working touchscreen. Can't really navigate, but I have the feeling the touch is only slightly off. The buttons work as well.
Didn't have that before, only the barely working one you get from hybrom v16
Of course though, flashing back to stock .62/st15i gives me back my non-working TS
*sigh*, I wish SOMETHING would finally work for me

my fault was flashing ultimate hd ICS rom for lww on st15 (forgot set up device in instalation) > so no touch

-after installing Rom can´t select anything, starting from the selection of language, and when I want to turn off the phone so I have to pull out a battery
-I can´t therefore even get to CWM where I will do restore a backup, the only thing which I can install from flashtool
- I have lock the bootloader and I can´t install any Kernel, so I can´t use exactly your procedure

Try unlocking the boot loader.. It doesn't require touchscreen...try and then install again a kernel and boot onto cwm and try...
Just flash original Sony live Gb. Ftf file via flashtool.
Search xda for rooting xperia live and there u will get a ftf file of. 58 just flash it as u will see instructions there.
Lucky me I fixed my phone several times using it.
Then unlock bootloader to avoid this situation again.
U are not rooted as u installed wrong Rom or the rom didn't installed cwm.

10.: Miracle! Again, the phone works!3i'm using WT19i and experiencing the problem like this and i can SOLVE it..i just try an error by flashing my phone.this is just what i do after flashing wrong rom and my touch screen does't work :
- flash with .62
- flash kernel (using rage kernel)
- flash hybrom v12 MINI PRO
- flash hybrom v12 LIVE WITH WALKMAN (WT19i)
and my screen working..maybe u can try by replace last action with your phone model hybrom.sory for my bad english..3SOLUTION!

And in future be carefull, and stay away from minipro ROMs2The problem was that with sk17i ROM (in my case HUdaps Best ROM) you rewrited touch screen driver/code or something, and it coused your touch screen to crash or partialy work. Flashing stock firmware only made my screen eavem more useless. When I reaplayed sk17i hyberom_v10 ROM touch screen started to work, again but rotated for 180%, but that's good because hyberom rewrited chrashed touch screen driver/code. Then I flashed stock firmware, and touch screan was fully working again! Just follow steps to the letter, and all should be fine...
