Hi, I just bought Rom Manager because I thought it would make installing a ROM easier (it seems like it's supposed to at least). Anyway in the program when I click on 'Download Rom' it doesn't actually list any roms for me to download.
So if I download the rom manually and put it on my SD card, I should be able to simply press the "Install Rom from Sd card" option right?
If for any reason I can't use Rom Manager to do it, is this a good guide to follow?

PS. My phone is rooted.
Edit: I just noticed Cyanogen has an installer, would that be better to use then the guide above or Rom Manager? Does the installer support the Xperia T? I noticed that the Xperia T is NOT on the supported devices list for Cyanogen.
