Why it saying "corrupt"

I've just follow this guide

So I have downloaded rom.

but when I entered working-offline and click recovery mode, It have nothing rom to select.

So I entered Online mode It said my successfully downloaded file is corrupt (like picture in this post)
I have try to download many times but like the same

How can I flash my phone lumia 920?

Did you try reinstalling the Nokia Care Suite? Had the same problem with my sisters Lumia 820, reinstalling fixed it in my case.
