hey ppal, no rush, but i was wondering... when u make the new google search widget for Eternus Veris, are you going to update the theme in the ota to include it? or will it soley be an add on in the apps section?

yep.. i have been averaging 30-36 hours on a single charge with pretty high usage.... simply amazing... my wife is so envious... so i ordered an infuse for her so i can throw this bad boy rom on there ( ATT has the infuse for a penny right now... contract extension of course) yesterday it was $49 today a penny...woohoooo!

Ex can choose to include or not. I would think no, only because the new theme has two colors in it, and in the apk of the OTA is an orange one, that way you can choose which widget you want depending on where you are guiding the color of your phone towards.

you know your rom is good when people are buying phones, just to run it!

I lost data connectivity completely upon flashing right from the base theme to the Eternus virus theme.

I rebooted, didn't work.

Did a battery pull, and didn't work.

Reverted back to base, and still no dice.

I have checked my APN settings, my mobile data/packet data settings and all are as they should be but I have no data now

Phone calls are good, but no data.

Silly me...I didn't do a CMW backup prior to flashing to Eternus Virus.

Any thoughts or similar situations on this ROM/Theme?

Before following my advice, maybe someone knows something I do not.

I have had this issue jump up and bite me on roms when flashing, and something gets tangled and will not get data again. My only fix after trying a lot of things was a fresh flash of the rom. Sorry, it is a side effect of flashing. Hopefully someone know something I don't and we can all learn, otherwise it is starting from scratch.

You are welcome to see if normal routes fixes for you (ie flashing the kernal again or a new modem) using a program like Nitrality or Sgs tools which you can use to set which baseband the phone uses. Maybe you will get lucky. Occasionally that works.

I've had that happen also.
If you can figure out how to get it working again please share, otherwise:
Start fresh.
1) Regular wipes
2) Flash Rom
3) While still in recovery flash my theme.

You should be good after that

keep us posted.

Alright peoples, here you go. Attached is the EternusVeris google search widget. It waill also be placed in the OTA.

As always, delete old search bar, place new one in system/app, set permissions to rw-r-r and restart launcher or reboot.

Is there any way to get the video working on this rom while running infusion core a2? I was running with it for a few days, but then tried video and had to re-flash Entopy's kernel. I absolutely love the rom (deep blue) and with the oc it was smooth as butter and snappy. I can do the work if pointed in the right direction unless it's a ton of coding.

I have had this issue as well after flashing a theme ... replaced the phone apk fixed it ... it was not themed .. But it fixed it.

Is there a way that I could get the apk of the ota, I'm currently not running emancipation but I would love to see how the progress is and different themes and such I've searched in the system app folder in the zip but I guess it's hard coded into the system settings

You should get Tapatalk then you can slap as many people as many times as you want. I work out my frustrations everyday slapping people. Some don't even deserve it ... Lol
