It's always so much harder when you have to try (David Gray).
Here's some things I would like to comment of the current build
1. Performance is improved as said by Google but this ROM needs a few more updates till we can get full power.
1a. 35.2 High Quality on Epic Citadel with ondemand governor
2. Some apps like browser and Google now has black glitches
3. For recents app problem just go to settings/ system/ hardware and change the long press menu function to recent apps
4. Cm added a camera toggle in quick settings which is pretty cool and can be used for a spy camera
5. Screenshot doesn't work
6. Opening of apps is faster
7. Problems with root due to changes made by Google
Overall the op did a great job even though its the very first build. Hope to see bug fixes in the future and hope that performance and battery issues on our dual core note would finally be solved. Keep calm and keep up the good work

For the record I followed all instructions to the letter and came from the latest CM nightly.
1. Video recording does not work. It crashes the camera app.
2. Trying to open Dialpad settings from the phone app also crashes.
3. Most importantly, after rebooting the system would not load up again. Stays stuck on the Samsung n7000 loading screen. As a result I've flashed back to 4.2.2 until more bugs get fixed.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. First time installing CyanogenMod 10.2 to your Galaxy Note, or coming from another ROM:
- Read known issues ans FAQs
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Copy GApps and CM10.2 ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.2 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 10.2:
- Copy CM10.2 ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.2 zip from SDCard
- Reboot
Upgrading from CyanogenMod 10/10.1:
- Read known issues ans FAQs
- Copy GApps and CM10.2 ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.2 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- Wipe data, we're not sure if everything will work yet.
- Reboot
Known bugs:
- some minor graphics glitches
- no camera fix has been merged

You can know that I am can the maintainer is for the n7000 and that i9100 can is common so system.prop says because is shared between i9100 and n7000
The build can experimental so official website has will get nightly when can is ready.
Learn to english, and learn about the development process of a CM port please.
