U really don't need 16 gigs. Save 50 bucks.
i'm glad you have 3.5 gigs left, but i have 10+ gigs of just video on my nexus 7, and i travel 2-3 weeks out of every month; i like to review technique while flying (swimming and jiu jitsu instructionals on the nexus), and gogo inflight ain't exactly reliable enough to stream video. and between having to remember my work laptop, work cell phone, personal cell phone, tablet, sometimes personal laptop, their chargers, ethernet cable, noise cancelling headphones, secure id card, etc, etc, etc i'd rather forgo the sd card and otg cable.

but thanks for telling me what i need, i wouldn't have known otherwise.

Don't spend the money on a full size truck!

I have a Ranger and I can tell you that you don't need the extra payload capacity that a full-size gives you! Save some money and buy a Ranger!

I totally agree. I would never suggest getting the lesser storage on any device if it was a mere $50 to get the better of the two. I don't know what the OP was thinking. I have come across a few threads of people quickly running out of space on their 8gb devices. For a measly $50 ill save myself the headaches.

Lightbulb Really?

Just saying - if an extra $50 to double your storage is too tall an order, you probably shouldn't be spending $200+ on a tablet in the first place...
