Even an idiot like myself can fix that! Turn your phone upside down when taking a video. Then when you play it back it will be normal.

Okay, I FINALLY have a bug! I flashed the 5.1.0 patch, and I can't get any 4 or 3G, just 1x. When I flashed back to 5.0.9, 4G came back just like it was before. Weird. Stuff like that never happens to me......
That is weird , I flashed last night while driving home using TWRP recovery and just flashed both patches batched and when my phone booted up I was in 4G just like normal . One of the main reasons I run this rom is that any of the AOSP or AOKP roms have trouble switching between 3-4G and it drives me nuts to lose data for minutes waiting for them to switch or else I airplane it.

My experience with this ROM also is that 4G to 3G switching works better than 3.2.1. Flawless so far. I notice that 4G is rapidly connected after a phone boot up, where 3.2.1 often took some time to actually get a data connection.

Now I have a question I am not sure that if I have messed up somewhere seriously along the way and could use some help with an issue I have a concern about? So if anyone can help me I appreciate the help, Charles, Newt especially ?
First off my phone has S-off and have the latest Global Radios. So proceeded to download the Rom onto my computer and did like Charles had stated many posts back and decided to kamakize some apps from system and an few apps from data/apps. So I thought I had everything removed correctly, wrong! Let this be a lesson to some, even you know your way around android system files, one can still mess up as I may have. So I loaded the Rom 5.0.8.zip onto my phone after a complete wipe of all including system format and started to have a few issues. So decided to load the orginal 5.0.8.zip and start over again and re-wipe all again including system format. Loaded the Rom fully up and got thru set-up and got data going on cdma/lte.
Now here is my problem that I noticed a difference between the first time I loaded the debloated version of this Rom I made and the second time I loaded the Rom fresh in its entirety, I see now under Mobile Networks that I see that GSM/UTMS settings under Cdma is greyed out. To my knowledge I don't remember seeing this the first I time I flashed the Rom I debloated. So my question is are these settings supposed to be greyed out depending on what kind of sim card a person is using.
If I have screwed up seriously is there some way I can go back and correct and fix this issue, or am I just jumping the gun to soon. I do have a backup copy of release 5 saved to my phone and another prior backup of Vigor360. I appreciate the any help again with this matter.

If you freeze or remove HTClinkify it kills this function. At least it did for me. Worked fine after I restored it.

I had the same issue yesterday. I went into the radio settings and it was set to Global, so I set it to CDMA/LTE and I got 4g back...Maybe it has something to do with the towers here in NE Ohio!

anyone getting random FC of applications that are not even being used at the time? With 5.1.0 I have now had facebook "unfortunately" stop working in the background, wasnt even using it. Also DLNAmiddlelayer unfortunately stopped working (again wasn't even using it).

find it in system>app, click on it, an install dialog will come up. hit install and it should work (that's what I did after a few other things and it worked)
When I went to 1x, I went into Settings/Mobile Network/Preferred Network and changed it from Global to LTE/CDMA. That gave me 4g back.
I flashed 5.0.9 and 5.1.0, but my system says it is still RLS 5.0.8. Is that what everyone else is showing?
Same, its just not setup to change that yet. I think just cause they are patches

Amazing Battery Life

This rom is so sick and fantastic, I ran across a few minor issues like long pressing the home button brings up Google Search and long pressing the menu button brings up recent apps(I fixed them by editing the key mappings so no big deal) but I got to say the battery life I am getting is crazy.
After being on battery for nearly 8 hours I still have a crazy 89% battery left and thats with Bluetooth, 4G, and GPS turned on as well as Exchange Push Email, Gmail, and Weatherbug Elite.
Mad props on the battery life of this.
