So, do this:
1) download this file to PC:
http://sbf.droid-developers.org/download.php?device=8&file=903
2) download RSDlite here:
http://xdaforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=784077&d=1321414457
3) after downloading, install RSD
4) Turn your phone off
5) Press power button, volume+ and volume- simultaneously
6) you will enter boot menu
7) scroll down by volume- button and select AP fastboot by volume+ button
8) connect your phone to PC via USB
8.5) download drivers http://www.mymotocast.com/download/MDM?platform=windows
9) Open RSD lite, and click ... button
10) select package that you downloaded
11) hit "decompress and start flashing"
12) if it fail, write here the message from "status" column
