Of course! I just have no time now to write full instructions and all.
Flash this 1.18 TW rom, no need to downgrade (since you're s-on right?). HTC__621 or SuperCID required. Will NOT work with HTC__044. rom link <------- on the page, click the banner ad, enter the verification code, and click on the 4th button on the right (next to orange).
For users with HTC__044 cid, you NEED to do s-off then flash above ^ rom.
Then flash Sense 5 ota using stock recovery. NO need to patch. sense 5 link

recovery.img <----- this is for X920D
Apply this stock recovery first. Reboot to fastbootCode:adb reboot-bootloader
Flash recoveryCode:fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Reboot to fastboot againCode:fastboot reboot-bootloader
enter recovery from there, then press volume up & power simultaneously when you see the red triangle. Then use flash from sd card.
