That seems to imply that you've done a lot of searching - which would make it surprising that you hadn't found the numerous existing threads on boot animations. Let us know what keywords you tried and perhaps we can help you make better searches.
And doesn't seem to change? You've tried changing your boot animation? You neglected to tell us what you tried? If you describe step by step what you tried, it would be a lot easier to spot where you went awry or what you might have missed.
