I'm using an at&t LTE model.

Anyhow did you take the phone apk out of a pre march 4th one (one that works) and install it on new ones? That may be your fix.

Twrp has a file manager you can use to move files around.

Also have you looked in the other sections? Is there a Rogers version?

Sent from my GN2 using XDA app.

There's an ATT version but it's stuck at 4.3. The international model gets much more attention. I've just solved this issue which has been bugging me for weeks, and as usual it's my own dumb fault. I forgot I had set devil kernel to automatically flash after flashing a new nightly. So found an updated version of that and my problems have melted away. Running the latest with devil3 test kernel and I am very happy right now :)
Thanks for the help!

I an running into an issue where the proximity sensor doesn't work properly. Screen stays on all through a call and the proximity sensor is my largest wakelock (if I make a phone call)

If you are having the com.phone.android force close issue with Devil2 kernel, you will need to flash the newest Devil3 to get recent CM11 builds working. The developer doesn't have it in his OP for some reason.

Here's the post where he has the t0lte Devil3 kernel:

I have flashed this kernel along with the 2014-03-18 nightly and it's working fine with no phone crashes

I had the proximity sensor stay on once after a call. A reboot fixed it. But its not common. What version are you on?

I have shady service where I live. So now I get these popups that say " managed roaming network with limited service found" every time I lose service

Any tips?

Has anyone figured out how to remove the managed roaming message that pops up. It sometimes pops up every three seconds and renders my phone useless.

EDIT: so I fixed this some how.

I installed a different ROM because that issue was so severe. Then that ROM was laggy and slow and so on. So I came back to cm11. And problem solved. Or at least it doesn't nag me anymore. I don't know if it was a particular app bugging me. Or if it was a glitch on an update. Problem is gone.

Anyhow a clean install fixed it.

The true fix is to set your provider to automatic. When I set it to one tower and moved locations it found a different version of my provider and flips out.

Camera

The camera is a ton better than a couple months ago, but does anyone know how to fix it perfectly? It is sometimes slow to focus, and i still have issues where it freezes, and only a reboot fixes it.

This sucks when following my kid around on easter and can't get a photo because i have to reboot.

Nope....won't matter...as your modem is not affected by the cm flash...

The only variable may be your APN...but that can be added manually in a few minutes and done....g

i have a problem downgrading from cm 10.1.3 to a modified stock a 4.1.2 rom called skynote 9.3

1. cwm wipe and factory reset
2. flashed installed 4.1.2 rom
3. flashed installed sd card zip downgrade thingy from ext sd
all steps verified success message
reboot

i see the samsung boot logo instead of the cyanogen one now.
but then the first thing i get is setup cyanogenmod screen...and then if i proceed thro the steps i get the error 'cyanogenmod account stopped working'...
i shouldnt even be seeing anything cyano related since the downgrade is non cyanogen

Aux port issues on Pandora and other music apps?

Is anyone else seeing issues while listening to Pandora via aux cable? When connected to pandora or play music i am unable to open any other apps while listening. Ive now seen this on the s3 and other note2 ive installed cm11 on. works fine via bluetooth but not through aux cable. Is there a quick settings fix for this?......thanks

CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.2 (JB), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

    Great friggin' news:

Yep, we did it again! Our opensource audio HAL seems to work almost fine.
Incall earpiece, speaker, mic and bluetooth are working. A2dp works also.
Since Google Now works properly i assume the Camcorder will be fine, too.
    Headset is working as well.

    Please test it.

    Known bugs:
    - mic mute broken during calls

you got codeworkx and sbrissen to thank for kick starting this. :highfive::highfive:

Thanks, I just installed ForceKernel (OC TO 1,920Mhz) and then run some benchmarks and it's much slower than Perseus, I used to get in Perseus around 7,500 in Quadrant and now I get around 4,500 to 5,500, am I doing something wrong ?

NOTE: I am using SetCPU and the Governor is "pegasusq"

world is going to end because your ePenis has narrowed because of less score?
    that's damn hard.
