GPS not working

Hello
My phone is Galaxy Note 3 4G N9005 [International]
Build Number: KOT49H.N9005XXUEND3
Baseband Version: N9005XXUENC3
Rooted , TWRP Recovery 2.7.2.0
Some of Samsung apps i Disabled by RU Pro
The GPS is not working in any kind of navigation apps ( Maps , Sygic , Copilot , Route66, etc....) while moving !!
its can show my correct location but isn,t tracking in real time ?!

Did You try S5 port before? Or any custom rom?
And when GPS whose OK last time?

If gps works OK before you disable apps, just try to defrost them & reboot.

Ok. Flash it back. Check GPS is working. If so, flash any firmware with same modem without any wipe.
Let it boot (don't mind for errors). Then make factory reset to get rid of errors.
Theoretically, at this point you can flash any rom with modem not lower.
