Can anyone suggest a better way than LG PCSuit for transferring files between Mac and G3 like AndroidFileTransfer

AndroidFileTransfer works fine on Mac for me. But if you have installed the Mac version of LG PC Suite, this will prevent AndroidFileTransfer from working when you connect your LG phone.

The easiest way is Airdroid. The speed transfer depends on your wifi network:

I know it sense a guide for Sense 5.5+ but this worked for me to get AndroidFile Transfer to work on the LG G3(as well as my M7)

don't you guys find airdroid too slow?
I ended up transferring the files to a flash disk, and connecting the flash disk to my phone to transfer it. (i used a cable, usb in and micro usb out)
That depends for what.
For music, I use Google Music manager to synchronise my music.
For pictures, I take them directly on Google Plus.
So I dont so often use Airdroid, only sometimes for few files.
